The first three days of school, September 2–4, are 12:30 p.m. dismissals. The purpose of this is to allow time for caregivers and teachers to meet to talk about the school year, share hopes and dreams for the school year, and begin building strong relationships between home and school. A strong home/school partnership is one of the greatest tools available to helping support students to make strong academic and social progress.
